Tom is a general services member and managing member of Trice Geary & Myers LLC and his areas of specialization and expertise include banking, closely held businesses, agribusiness, construction, and governments and non-profits.

Experience and Technical Expertise:

• Member responsibility for many of the Firm's most complex engagements.
  
• SEC filings and public company matters.
  
• Management advisory and consulting engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, business and strategic planning, forecasts and projections, and litigation support.
  
• Estate and gift taxation.
  
• Complex corporate and individual tax matters.
  

Tom is a certified public accountant, certified financial services auditor, and certified government financial manager, and has a B.A. degree in Economics from Western Maryland College.

Tom Tom has been active in various community and civic activities throughout his career and currently is a member of the Greater Salisbury Committee, Maryland Bankers Association, Leadership Maryland, Board of Trustees of the Richard A. Henson Foundation, Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and the Advisory Board to the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
